I wouldnt say excessive , charif needed the full 8 on RTO and given they only raised 5.5 he was short , the model and business is proven and so is the technology. Now your approaching breakeven ARPU has to lift that means investment in further services not just site backup. Server backup etc this is where the real money starts rolling in especially in the technically vulnerable environment businesses operate in now.
