There has been a significant investment equivalent to $6 million for a 10% stake in PrIME. We have the facility and this is progress.

The old auditors are gone and the argument can be created that they misrepresented facts and were misleading. If their claims were true then ASIC would be crawling all over that story - they are not. The old auditors have a history of poor performance, had an allegiance to the rebel shareholders and are history.

My belief - which is aligned with yours - is that we have some outstanding IP. JM and AG are making significant progress and we are well positioned in the market place. Additional progress is being made with some big players and company announcements have stated that these are in advanced stages. I will not be surprised if an announcement is made to the market real soon. Then the SP will spike northwards.

Gohgate is being sorted and will be resolved.
