On the ASIC issues, all we've heard from JM is "The matters are closed", without any explantion as to what was the substance of these very serious alegations and what was the reasonable explanation. This suggests there is plenty to hide and in my opinion is keeping away all smart investors, leaving an illiquid market to us mugs.

RB, I do get concerned when you brush these matters aside with "she'll be right mate" and "let them get on with the job".

For the last 2 years they've made MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LOSSES each year. The last year they did make a profit was when they told us that they had a very exciting business and it was going to make us a ton in the next few years (sounds familiar?) and then prepared to pay the lot of 'profit' to themselves. Sorry RB, but your comments seem like they are about to repeat the past!
