Seems you were suspended for 7 days for trying to derail discussion on another stock!
Whilst you have been absent there have been a few questions for JM. (I presume you are back today?)
Particularly as ASIC will not confirm that all issues raised by Bird Cameron have been cleared! (there are others listed by FactorX as well)
As they are not prepared to do that then we can only assume that there are still some outstanding!!
The last communication with JM on that matter he stated that all issues raised had been cleared.
Based on the response that I received from ASIC I do not believe Johns comment!
