I just did a google search on "NuSep LOI" and it came up with links including;

Does this suggest that there was some insider trading by the board? Who was it who traded the shares before the announcement?
Why hasn't ASIC acted on this if it is illegal? Are the shareholders at risk from losing money if this is illegal?
