I am not sure of anything...that's the problem.

What I will tell you is that I have not read of any penalty/interest being charged to Mr Goh. Given thewhole situation, if he was being charged, I guess we'd know about it through an announcement.

Here's how I understand the situation:

1) Mr Goh, an officer of the company, exercised the options with a cheque he faxed just days before the AGM. He attended the AGM without the cheque. This alleged cheque has never materialised.

2) The board allowed Mr Goh to vote his shares at the AGM, thwarting the so-called rebels.

3) Mr Goh has owed the company over $1m and has been drawing a salary. What this salary is for remains unknown.

4) The auditors at the time reported the company to ASIC, and no explanation of substance has been forthcoming

5) Mr Goh appears to be paying his debt, interest free it seems, through money given to him by us but decided by the board(does this appear corrupt to anyone?) who are charging us 12% for the privilege (does this appear corrupt to anyone?)

6) We are so short of money, yet Mr Goh has paid not a single cent of cash to the company, nor any interest (RB please ask John if he has paid any penalty/interest as I'll be pleased if he has. No answer tells me he hasn't) all at a time when we are desperate for cash to get our businesses going. I don't see us paying him and him giving us back the cash as a resolution.

RB, you asked "Are you sure..." and you have highlighted well the problem...we just don't know.
