I've been thinking about the issue of institutions investing in NuSep.

If NuSep is as good as we all think it is (and as good as we are lead to believe by John Manusu et al), why hasn't an institutional investor come along? Why don't we offer these circling guys $10m of shares at 10c? Ok, so we'll be diluted, but only last year the price was 12c, so 10c is still a bargain and still good value against the prospects. And we have so much more (apparent) value now with Prime and the Chinese investment.

So why can't our management and board find some investors to put the money in? Why hasn't Unilab just jumped in and thrown money at NuSep? (BTW, where is that LOI at?) RB, would you mind asking John about the Unilab LOI from July of 2011? While you're at it, could you ask him why the "Philippines largest and leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company" wouldn't just throw in some lazy cash to NUSEP to get us going a few months faster and start our return being realised?

I started writing this post quite upbeat, but as my thoughts progressed, it all became the same murky story that this company has exhibited for YEARS.

RB, I suggest you do a little research and stop just believing all that you are told by the management/board. I used to believe their stories, but I have heard the same BS year after year and have slowly been ground down by them. Let's start by just looking at the Unilab LOI. Where is that at? Why have we heard NOTHING about it? Why hasn't Unilab put a single penny in? Why wouldn't they put money in if the propects are as good as we believe? Is it that our board is corrupt? Is it that our board won't sell it to them at a decent price? Is it that they know something we don't?
