Hi Oilyman,

Small and large shareholders all agree there is need for MOT to be income producing, and the SP to rise and become stable.

The latest company announcement does not give sufficient information to gender confidence as to the PPS project.

Some salient points that I can see that need clarifying for the benefit of all shareholders are as follows.

1. Of the massive amount of Loyalty Programs in Australia.
What % of the market is estimated for PPS?

2. How much needs to be spent on development now and in
the future.

3. Announcement states PPS has experienced Executives and
has contracts in place. If this is the case then why
in fact does PPS not have an ABN registration number.

4. What will the consolidation be when all the new shares,
convertible notes and capital raisings are implemented.

There needs to be honest disclosure to all shareholders so as all can work towards our company going forward and not make the bad decisions that have been made in the past.
