I think Stweeve & WHY have hit the nail on the head there. EML offers gambling coy's a solution which mitigates the KYC & AML risks, amongst other benefits (data analytics etc).
Given NPP has been in the works for many years, it is interesting to see that the Aus gambling coy's have in the last 12(?) months signed on til 2020. (from memory)
