In my opinion the insolvency risk for this company remains high.

The levels of debt the company needs to service , and repay on sale of their assets whenever that may be will continue to be impacted by property prices and the economies of the US and Australia.

Whilst they hold the assets in funds , and the yields are greater than the debt , the return to the investor whom holds such assets also has to be commercial , ie 7-9% yield to justify wanting to hold the funds , if and when they are reopened for withdrawals.

On the positive side all the latest news is an excellent indicator the board and the banks feel they can do a lazarus and come back from the dead.

Any stock that was $10 , and is now 24c though is not out of the woods by a long shot.

I however understand the risk and am a happy holder of the stock at these levels but definately understandf I could wake up one day and see it at $2 or zero .
