That is if you believe management has the capabilities and experience to defend against competitors coming into the market. GSW being the most recent case. Great business idea but the CEO doesn't have the technical expertise to execute on the idea and manage a software business. You can't just hire a team of software developers to build your vision. You need a leader with the technical expertise with skin in the game to manage the technical roadmap of the company.
