I asked my broker regarding your question, he told me as it's the second of course, he bought 1,500,000 options for a total of 100$!!!! Very cheap. It doesn't mention the exercise price as well there is no expiration date. My broker assumed he bought it without exercise price or maximum at 13c as was the share price at the time there were bought. I also would buy this amount of options for only 100$. I'm thinking of selling my stocks with a loss, doesn't look good.
