as mentioned in previous review, concern about further dilution and consequences for shares holders , it is obvious...



1 periodic issue of shares to a kind of agent dealer at last price of 0.004

2 lots of promises ,BRR and PR from management,,about leases and JV, in depth not very transparent and vague, ... never deliver anything from the Bentonite days?? Promise and never deliver??

3 now if diligence was transparent??? one might suggest,,announcements and updates would flow on ASX ???

4 If the projects would be of Values. one might think a sponsering broker would be interested?? remember the road show when AQC was 6 cents options teases??

5 If the all company had any values, one might think that some others would be showing interests in AQC ? so far promises, but no concrete interest?

6 In fact AQC has been in selling and promises mode from more than 3 years, with no reverse of trend in sight??

7 Director buying notices means nothin, usually by criterias when directors buy, the market sell ?? and in AQC case every time director buy, the price tank??

8 so what next for AQC?? your guess as good as mine?? more dilutions and issues, more Directors buy notice, more promises?? hopefully some concrete announcements, soon trading at 0.003 or 0.002 or 0.008 if ??

9 STOCK MARKET in general have been performing at top and recovering by sectors?

10 In speculative stocks many companies are showing a progressive sustained recovery chart ? hope and wish AQC will be Next?
