Oh looky! My post sandwiched by Insider BUYing.

Not content with his 2,000,000 shares at $0.13 Battersby bought a "retail" bit more ON MARKET (like retail): 56,000 shares at $0.1285714.

I guess a retail-like profit is still a profit...

I don't know what the Insider trading policy is with regard to blackouts during/prior to material news, eg. JV, drill results, t/o negotiations, but I do know that if there is an impending material event best to BUY before a time restriction kicks in.
