But he is no longer the CEO so he may not have to alert the ASX to any sales and could have sold down a lot more.

the new incoming CEO Lawrence seems to be backing his judgement by buying 34,500. He probably got in at about $2.60 which at the time he must have thought a bit of a bargain and they couldn't possibly go any lower (as you do)
Wonder what he thinks now at $2.38 - a bigger bargain?
