Not sure about the NUP takeover, but the fact that SOL brought in and would have done their due dil. and realised RUM had 4.5m and were going to spend 4m on drilling in 2012 would have considered RUM's future financial position. I am hoping the money is to get early mining started as indicated previously so we are leasing/buying some diggers and screens etc? just talking out aloud here have to wait I supose!
