With a real full on drilling campaign coming up over the next few months they will burn though a bit of cash.
As the cash gets lower there is always speculation of a CR that will end up pushing the SP lower.
I guess they figure why not do the CR now rather than in 5-6 months time when punters will be specualting on the CR and the latest results from this upcoming big drilling campaign are yet to come in to lift the SP.
