Looks like its time to send a message at vote time.

1 Remuneration - No
4 Employee Share Options - No
5 Managing Director Options - No
6 10% extra Share give away capacity (at current prices) - No

I believe Options are a reward for exceptional performance not a right for doing ones job. That's called salary.

I'd love to see a 60% increase in the SP to get my holding back to my starting investment but that isn't going to happen anytime soon.

They still have lots of money at the moment lets see something happen with that first with our "World Class" Billion + tonnes.

As for the Options Handouts, there will be plenty of time for that when we are ALL winning .
