Please think about what you are saying.

options are THE best form of remuneration you should be voting for. In fact pay them ALL in options instead of salaries. They only get paid when you get paid. They have kept working for us being told their remuneration includes a value for options and yet they have got nothing and cost us nothing.

i get it that no one like losing money on an investment but don't be irrational about it. The only think you can complain about is the strike price but set it too high and there is no incentive.
