Don't expect any verdict in Singapore before late 2013 or even later if there'll be an appeal. So for now just forget the lawsuit against Bayan.
Regarding the River Energy JV I wonder why an agreement to start construction is delayed again and again. Are Blackriver perhaps taking WEC at a disadvantage by trying to renegotiate the terms of the JV now that there's so much pressure to establish a new JV? One of the many questions on the value of BCB is if the 51/49 JV model can be maintained or not. After Tabang many have questioned this.
