Come on, nobody takes CEO Flannery comments for serious at the moment. There has been to many failure in 2011 and they need to restore confidence through delivery.
IMO it´s more likely that we see a 60-70 Mio $ cash injection from Blackriver Asset Management into the River Energy JV (51 % WEC owned). At least this is subject to the JV agreement once the first project is on it´s way in Africa. According to the quarterlie this should happen in the 2nd quarter ... which year ? 2012 ! if the do not fail again.
