Those shares were frozen as WEC obviously have shown probable cause to the Supreme Court of WA that on the one hand it is likely that they will be adjudged damages in the ongoing Singaporean lawsuit and on the other hand that it may be impossible to carry out the resulting sentence, i.e. to exact payments in this jungle of corruption and anarchy called Indonesia. That's why the Supreme Court of WA have frozen Bayan's KRL shares as collateral. If WEC succeeds to maintain this freeze and if they win the lawsuit and if Bayan eventually fails to pay the ajudged damages these KRL shares will either be put up for compulsory sale or transfered to WEC (no idea how Australian law is arranged in this regard).
