mmmhhh. Does make one suspicious. Do we believe that he reaaly believes in the download strategy & went into RMA in all good faith & unfortunately it didn't work out so now, still being a believer he is going to start up EztDVD download service? Or do we believe that it was a way of sucking info, customer details, etc etc and having done so let it perish?
