The latest Inside Retailing has the following article with the headline saying that EzyDVD is looking for a ne CEO to assist in the move to online downloads:
"EzyDVD founder Jim Zavos says he expects to find a new CEO for the company within eight weeks to forge a future in online movie downloads.
Zavos has resigned as a director of ReelTime Media and ended the two companies’ joint venture as ReelTime appointed a voluntary administrator.
Zavos told The Advertiser it would take about eight weeks to find a new CEO and confirmed that online movie downloads were a part of the company’s future direction.
EzyDVD has an annual turnover of $100 million and expects to increase that by 20% this fiscal year. It has 68 franchised stores Australia-wide."
