I agree with your assessment of Alan Kohler's behaviour on today's Inside Busness program. Below my complaint to him and to the producers of IB.

Contradictory and misleading information by Inside Business Presenter and the editor of the Eureka Report, Alan Kohler, on this morning's ABC's Inside Business program, by allowing the Asian gas oversupply opinion of Deutsche Bank's Energy Analyst, John Hirjee, repeated throughout the interview and by Alan himself, to go unchallenged.

I expect Alan may have recorded that interview early in the week before last Friday's edition of his own Eureka Report containing Ivor Ries' article:

"Asia's new gas problem: A looming shortage will hasten the development of CSG projects." which convincingly demonstrated looming shortage and NOT oversupply.

I consider it incumbent on Alan to address this contradiction on the ABC asap lest shareholders in AOE be mislead.
