That is a bit of a leap. The management may not be pristine, but, “don’t make any statements” is probably wise advice if nobody at that stage knew what had happened. From what I have read the manager involved asked police to conduct the interview with the young person concerned away from the ride.
You don’t seem to own the stock, so why don’t you stop making inflammatory statements with partial information.
This whole situation is tragic enough without you stirring it up
