The share price held up fine, but the evidence at the inquiry seems damning. The ride had been failing leading up to the accident, the person in charge of the ride didn't know what the button that could have been pressed to avert the disaster was used for, and emails between staff talking about possible disaster on the ride if there was a malfunction. It all seems to be there for a monster lawsuit.
