PUBLIC STATEMENT
APOLOGY AND WITHDRAWAL OF INTERNET POSTS

This statement is made in relation to the internet posts made between September 2014 and present concerning Proto Resources & Investments Ltd (Proto) directors Mr Andrew Mortimer, Mr Benjamin Cooper, Ms Lia Darby and Mr Andrew Heap by the former Chairman of Inosite Limited (Inosite), Mr Steve Shilkin.

Inosite acknowledges that these posts, made on the Hot Copper and GXN Shareholders Wordpress forums, were inaccurate. Inosite unreservedly apologies for these posts and withdraws them.

Mr Shilkin resigned as Chairman of Inosite in December 2015.
