On the 22nd & 23rd of Feb we had 2 up days of a trend reversal following the cup & handle aggressive sell down. On the 24th the company issued 20M shares to Paul Pembroke, Technical Director of SciDev as part payment of the $900,000. Issue of the shares to decrease pressure on the companies cash. There's been downward pressure on the SP since, and another leg down with 30M shares traded until now. Volume has dried up. Hopefully Mr Pembroke has the balance of his cash and we can move forward. Just my opinion.
