I didn't miss the point
The ASX doesn't employ someone to sit and watch each stock every day...the ASX speeding tickets are based on algorithmic alerts they get when a stock moves a certain percentage on certain volume in a certain time period
Dropping from 2.4 to 1.3 over a number of weeks does not trigger such an alert
