Encouraging but no great surprises I guess - but nice to see the presence of ultramafics and the reconfirmation of anomolous disseminated nickel sulphides. Aztec potential is absolutely enormous but it is also a very early stage prospect.

As well as testing for massive sulphides the deeper diamond hole(s) mid-year will also yield more information about the geology - I'm assuming particularly testing for the presence of komatiites which I understand are a significant component of the kambalda geology. I'm not a geo but I assume that the relatively high MgO readings in AZRC009 of the current program might be an encouraging indicator for this potential.


In the meantime, when they start drilling around the Bundarra prospects in a couple of months there is a pretty high likelihood of further encouraging gold results given the far more advanced stage of that project.
