Payback of 9.3 years. I presume the maintenance contract will see the cells changed / upgraded during the lifecycle, so even though its a 10 year design life at installation, I guess most would be expected to last longer.

As an aside, I sell very different machinery to fuel cells, but it has a design life of 5 years, and I regularly see this extend to 8, 9 & 10 years, because our maintenance program keeps it up to date. I guess this would be similar with BlueGens.
