I think testing the value of the AMU assets may be a good thing. The timing however, may be a little premature given that the AMU Denver office has only had control of operations for less than a year. A recent upgrade of an additional 400,000 bbls is testimony in my mind that the company will still have a lot of low hanging fruit to add to the P1 reserves over the next 12 months.I think oil prices will be heading up over the longer period and the value of the company will climb sharply if prices shoot up.If nothing else the founder of the company managed (for better or worse) to assemble a strong set of assets,solid cash flow,large acreage with a solid mix of low,medium and high risk exploration and had put in place what appears to be a very solid team in Denver to have control of operations.The present AMU board need to understand what they might be giving away too cheaply.
