Seems to reinforce the view some have that Management (read Towner) should have taken the op to sell up when they had the chance to 3 years or so ago when they could have (allegedly) got almost 8-10 times what it now trades at. The rumor is that they were advised to sell and may have even had an offer. Certainly wasn't put to shareholders if that is the case.
But then those same cynical people would also tell you that that's one of many, many things that got stuffed up totally. Clearly a case of better to be on the payroll than a shareholder in this Co.
