oke, my FaceMe post proposed that CardieX/InHealth Medical Services uses FaceMe DH/digital humans to supplement InHealth's existing network of 100-200 human coaches.
I assume that InHealth's coaches are competent, certified and intensively trained.
But are they available 24/7? Can they answer a million questions simultaneously?
Any digital humans would need to be intensively AI-trained to provide useful/reliable help on issues ranging from BP and cardiac conditions (did you watch the instructive YouTube DH video featured in my FaceMe post?), nutrition and weight loss to mental health conditions.
According to FaceMe research, most mental health patients feel more comfortable sharing issues with a DH coach than they do with a human coach.
Anthem is a health insurance group.
It facilitates the use of InHealth - and other coaches - for those on its various plans that choose to be helped by coaches.
I gather the health insurance industry is increasingly rewarding coached clients with policy discounts.
Why? Clients who are being coached a likely to get well sooner and hence make fewer - and less costly - claims.
I just think CardieX should be all over the digital human coaching space before its competitors.
It's just not the massive patient leverage to be achieved. There are also branding opportunities.
I'm envisaging a large cohort of CardieX digital coaches displaying the CardieX logo - and maybe even the TEAM trademark - on their jacket pockets in front of captured/captivated audiences.
