Basically from the info received it is evident that the current board has taken it upon themselves to cease negotiations with Kedrion somewhere in January and without notification. It appears that Kedrion found out about LFE's intentions towards the end of January when they were undertaking supply negotiations with Octapharma (believing that they were to proceed with the deal).
