    As IGS SH know Tony Sage was the founding Director of IGS and did the following;

    (1) SFEG disaster deal;

    (2) Appointed current Directors of which some have related relationship in other companies;

    The current Directors in IGS have failed to advise any material news/information as to IGS Brazil Gold Project and the current debt with its Brazil Joint Venture Partners which places the project potentially at risk of either significant dilution in project interest from 35% or termination. Noting this is the only asset of substance IGS owns through Latin Gold UK.

    (1) What is the current position for IGS in the Brazil Joint Venture ?
    (2) What is the debt position and how is this being addressed ?
    (3) What is the IGS position in relation to threatened litigation by vender of the Brazil project against IGS and its Directors which will only pass on to IGS in any new project;
    (4) What is the status of early gold production by way of heap leach ann in 2012/2013 by IGS;
    (5) What is the status of the alledged metallurgical test work for this 2nd Quarter ?

    NO ANSWERS !!!

    Given the fact that the current Directors of IGS are failing poorly to provide material information to IGS SH and the issue that IGS major SH CFE (shareholders) are in the same poor position as to material information about there projects, ONE COULD HARDLY BELIEVE THAT IGS WILL RUN BETTER AS A COMPANY WITH ANY NEW PROJECT (POT) given the same Directors.

    As for the dilution issue after all is said and done IGS SH (historical) ones will have there initial investment devastated by this ! Those that are coming in and out at 0.0001 and 0.0002 are simply skimming profits on small trades - this is by far no company maker !!
