Absolutely agree.
I was at the Kalamunda Hotel on Saturday one of their pubs and the service was disgusting and the staff seem to be without direction.
I hope one of the directors read this as it needs to improve.
Otherwise it looks like they are run badly just so they can sell off cheaply.
Only my opinion of course.
By the way if your up this way let me know and will have a pint.
