When I attended the EGM where management presented they were saying this is their strategy of first getting the pricing , marketing and overall business strategy for the app rolled out in the Australian market first and then Europe. Then any lessons learned can be implemented to improve the rollout in the bigger more critical and expensive USA market. I like this strategy personally and I have heard it is common for USA drug companies to test market here in Australia first. after all getting things wrong in the USA can be waste of money and blow your chances of succeeding if you go in all guns blazing....
FDA might sound sexy but I like the approach of getting TGA , then Europe and then FDA approval, have to remember this is all within a relative short time period anyway.
