Good point 71c4.........if we apply that logic to other industries......eg the Oil industry it would never have survived either. How many spills & rig fires have caused unbelievable environmental damage world wide in the oil industry ? Didn't halt the industry either did it ? Should one company be held accountable for the actions of another ? CNX is a fledgling company in a fledgling industry.....it has done everything by the book and accordingly deserves a fair go !
