I agree RIB and Im sure mangement would agree as well.

Everything you said applies in an ideal world. Unfortunately in the real world people talk and word can leak out even with the best procedures in place by management.

I personally couldnt believe that there was whinging about a so called leak when we had just released a MRE of 4.2mill oz. Talk about negativity.

Furthermore we had imo largely bounced off an oversold position the day before due to the strife in Mali. For a longterm holder, like myself, it makes no difference.

It was a time to praise management not berate them.
