104 viewers may form a group legal action to against the resturcture which's grabbing cash from shareholders.

We can see none newspaper mentioned small share holder's lost, only mislead and threatening lots holderss still only by NSW goverment.

Every NSW people know the goverment is dieing,as Ryde...4 elections showed. NSW people just wait they go as early as possible. I believe the case judger is one of the people.
They may don't have life till 2011, if their finance bankcrupt soon in the crisis. The NSW labor govt only done one big job --- cut Tcard. They can't do any good things.
So I don't scare NSW govt, but inside ERG board which caused falling every time.
