    thanks finch. Makes it much harder to ascertain the value that way. Also the pool of purchasers would shrink IMO.

    I thought I read that they owned a some of the 39 pubs..

    Oh well they are still being priced at just over 1x ebit which seems a little cheap. 15c though??
