WesTrac Equipment Pty Ltd is the Caterpillar dealer for Western Australia and is a subsidiary of Australian Capital Equity Pty Limited, which is in turn wholly owned by Mr Kerry Stokes. Established in 1989, WesTrac is one of the larger Caterpillar dealers in the world.
