Martin was very helpful and provided a lot of the old valuations. I haven't spoken to Lonergan Edwards. I haven't seen much interest in filing objections to the acquisition from the forum here. Seeing as WNI have under 2% left to acquire of BRM, more than half of the holders that are left have to file an objection to even start legal proceedings (i.e. 10% of the last 10%), plus the fact that the share price for the last 6 months (i.e. between $2.00 and $2.50) comes in to the equation when determining fair value. I'm still going to register my objection and see how many do the same. I'll re-assess after that. Cheers Tim
