    Couldnt care less about the short term with regards to this one.

    Have held for a year, and will hold for another.


    As mentioned, stock could well be $0.50-$0.75 by Xmas.


    Location location location is everything, and it has the best location in arguably the hottest sector in the world!


    AND That almost INDISPUTABLE!
