Not saying it can't be done but I too am sceptical. As I understand it, the Remta's have experience in Cambodia possibly also the Philipinnes... Coal in Indo is notorious for its pitfalls. Proper DD is difficult to accomplish there. I've experienced it first hand and even BHP has been burnt and stymied.
