Laws now reflect a more naturalistic approach. What this means is that o/seas companies, espcially juniors seem likely to endure a auction/bidding process on their assets that could deliver the asset to a local company. There is no security on the asset.
It seems likely that SRK will not develop their coal asset as there is a risk that they could lose it? Under the previous contract of work system there was security - now it seems there is none.
My thoughts.
