Look I'm possibly being unfair and if that's the case I apologise and I freely admit I don't know all the ins and outs of what went on but in my tiny mind they are all guilty by association and that includes Dawes senior and Dawes junior. There is no doubt in my mind that something went awry and one or more directors were asleep at the wheel when they should have been looking after the interests of shareholders.
