i have always said that the assets are great, just mismanaged. if $800 million is necessary, OEX owns a 45% which is 360 million, at 5c a share represents a dilution of another 7200 million shares. the last well was targeting updip of 76 and gas was the prognosis. finding oil was unexpected and therefore the frac sands were wrong, the tubing wrong the perforations wrong and the well was non commercial. Why so many errors the second time around? there has been no new blood for a long time, changes necessary. do the math.
